S.P.I.R.I.T.
Drury S.P.I.R.I.T. is an open membership extracurricular group advised by Bonnie Rennell.
SPIRIT stand for Students Promoting Involvement, Respect, Individualism and Tolerance.
SPIRIT's mission is to help create a welcoming and safe school climate at Drury for all students. SPIRIT's activities include:
- the Freshman Buddy Program
- morning announcements
Founder's Day Celebration (Nathan Drury's birthday)
Student Recognition Night, which is an awards program for grades 9-11
SPIRIT members also serve as guides for transfer students during the school year. Any student may join SPIRIT by simply coming to a meeting!
